Learner goals and capabilities

For students who wish to earn academic credit, we have the below minimum requirements. Students are not required to complete internships for credit and can pursue opportunities for the sake of experience alone.

  • The scope of the project must be approved prior to the student beginning the project.
  • The project must be a minimum of 80 hours, ideally averaging around 10 hours per week.
  • The project dates must align with the dates of our normal terms. CSU Global runs on an accelerated 8 week program, so the student would need to have the chance to work on your project for at least 8 consecutive weeks (we can review possible dates during any future calls/emails)
  • We ask that the site supervisor complete two evaluations of the student, one at the mid-point and another at the end of the 8 week term.
