IMPORTANT - This is an accelerated 8-week course. The scope of the project needs to align with this timeline. Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on students from Colorado State University to be your student-consultants, in a project-based experience. Students will work on one main project over the course of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Students in this program will study the systematic process of external financial statements and management assertion verification and reporting. Students will examine internal and external auditing processes through the application of artificial intelligence (AI). Students will develop an understanding of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act(SOX), IFRS implications, internal controls, risk assessments, professional ethics, and legal liability. Based on current trends in the auditing profession, students will use software programs used extensively to analyze data.

Students will analyze your current social media strategy and make recommendations on how to improve it, along with an implementation plan and presentation. Students will utilize conceptual frameworks of social media strategy in a marketing plan. They can examine the use of popular social media platforms that include well-established platforms and emerging forms to include email marketing, mobile marketing, gaming, and location-based mediums.
Virtual Interns in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Administration

Virtual Internship Opportunity in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Administration: Bring on one more students from Colorado State University Global in the Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Administration program to be your virtual interns, in a project-based experience. Students will work on one or more projects of your choosing over the internship period, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Students are available for at least 80 hours of placement from Jan 11th 2021 to April 4th 2021. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, student placements will only occur virtually.
