Remote Graduate Internship in Project Management/Management
For students who wish to earn academic credit, we have the below minimum requirements. Students are not required to complete internships for credit and can pursue opportunities for the sake of experience alone. The scope of the project must be approved prior to the student beginning the project. The project must be a minimum of 80 hours, ideally averaging around 10 hours per week. The project dates must align with the dates of our normal terms. Auditing, Big Data, Business Intelligence

IMPORTANT - This is an accelerated 8-week course. The scope of the project needs to align with this timeline. Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on students from Colorado State University to be your student-consultants, in a project-based experience. Students will work on one main project over the course of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Students in this program will study the systematic process of external financial statements and management assertion verification and reporting. Students will examine internal and external auditing processes through the application of artificial intelligence (AI). Students will develop an understanding of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act(SOX), IFRS implications, internal controls, risk assessments, professional ethics, and legal liability. Based on current trends in the auditing profession, students will use software programs used extensively to analyze data.

This course introduces students to human services management. Students gain a basic understanding of organizational management perspectives by exploring staff supervision, oversight, and administrative planning in a human services organization.
Social Media Marketing

IMPORTANT - This is an accelerated 8-week course. The scope of the project needs to align with this timeline. Students will analyze your current social media strategy and make recommendations on how to improve it, along with an implementation plan and presentation. Students will utilize conceptual frameworks of social media strategy in a marketing plan. They can examine the use of popular social media platforms that include well-established platforms and emerging forms to include email marketing, mobile marketing, gaming, and location-based mediums.
